One Time Macro Consult
It’s a one-time macro consult.
Once I get your form I will review and I send you an email back with macros for your current goal and I give you a lot of feedback on things I would recommend to help reach your goals.
This does not include weekly check ins.
8-Week Personalized Training Program
Personalized training program that is accommodating to your limitations of a home gym or if you go to an equipped gym. You can pick how many days a week you are looking for and if there is a time limit that you need. You work on progressive overload.
I also work around injuries, pregnancies, and limitations.
1:1 Marco/Nutrition Coaching
Clients will get weekly check-ins. This style of coaching is perfect for those who are ready to commit to a more immersive process and higher degree of communication.
Custom macro count, customized tracker, supplement feedback, cardio/step recommendations.
1:1 Marco/Nutrition + Program Coaching
For additional cost to 1:1 macro coaching, you can add on a 12-week personalized training program, along with form video feedback, working on progressive overload.
The program is personalized to the client, based off any restrictions or limitations such as a home based gym with limited equipment or at an advanced gym!
